Dee Mudhar

I joined Burrows in 2011 and have been in the motor trade for the last 21 years. Originally from Uganda I am now a very happy resident of Leeds in West Yorkshire.

I have been able to build up a strong following of loyal customers during my time at Burrows, many of whom regularly refer new customers to me, knowing their family and friends will be looked after in the same way that they like to be looked after.

It was one such occasion that sticks in my mind as one of my more memorable sales when a referred customer (who then also brought with them another friend who was in the market) came to see me during the 2012 London Olympics. They were from the Congo and were representing their country in the Paralympics that same year. The first customer was chatting to me and explained she was a double amputee and was competing in the Javelin. Now both residents in the UK, one has renewed their contract with me twice and will take delivery of their new Prius Plus in March.

In my spare time I thoroughly enjoy long walks, retail therapy, cooking authentic cuisine from my home country, loads of music, especially Jazz (I am known for resetting our demonstrator cars to Jazz FM on a regular basis in an attempt to educate my colleagues!) Other musical interests includes the Leeds Carnival (which I attend with a growing number of my customers annually, who share my passion) and I love to travel which gives me a unique ability to relate with my international database of customers.
