Hi, I am Lorraine from Lookers Nissan in Gateshead, where I have worked for many years.
I became Motability Accredited in 2017 and the best part of my job is customer satisfaction.
I am a Nissan fan, having owned one previously to working with the brand, and the technology and specification keeps getting better year on year – always striving to be the best in class. The Qashqai was officially the top selling new car of 2022, and was also voted most reliable – I believe this to be such an important attribute for Motability customers.
The Nissan range currently includes the Qashqai and X-Trail both with E-power drive train, which is my personal favourite because it offers a superb drive with great fuel economy.
I am happy to provide help and support to Motability customers by phone, video call or in person at our dealership in Gateshead on the Felling Bypass.
