The Motability 'Good Condition Bonus' is being replaced by the 'Good Condition Payment'. This will apply to all new Motability vehicles ordered on or after 1 October 2022.
The value of the Good Condition Payment will be £250 for vehicles leased over 3 years. For vehicles leased over 5 years (usually Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles) the Good Condition Payment will be worth £350.
By reducing the amount of money paid to customers at the end of the lease, Motability hope to reduce the impact of some of the rising costs and vehicle Advance Payment prices.
